Walk through the full wash-day routine - from cleanse to scrunch.
Action: Apply the cleanser to wet hair.
Technique: Massage gently into the scalp and hair to create a rich lather.
Finish: Rinse thoroughly.
Action: Apply a generous amount of conditioner to cleansed, wet hair.
Technique: Use your fingers or a wide-tooth comb to distribute the product evenly through the strands.
Finish: Rinse thoroughly.
Action: Apply the hydrating product to clean, soaking wet hair.
Technique: Using your hands, apply to the hair and scrunch into waves using an upward motion.
Action: Remove excess moisture.
Technique: Gently scrunch dry using a microfibre towel or turban.

The secret is strong hold without heavy application. Use a firm hold gel like our Mega Hold Gel to help lift and set your waves as they dry. For next day refresh, lightly dampen your hair and scrunch in a little more gel.
This is completely normal. Try finger coiling the looser sections to encourage more shape, then add a little extra mega hold gel for definition and hold.
Always detangle your hair when it's wet, ideally with conditioner in. This helps smooth out knots while keeping your natural wave pattern intact.
