30 Day Return Window

You have 30 days from purchase to request a return or exchange.

Just email hello@onlycurls.com and we’ll guide you through the process from start to finish.

Product Advice & Easy Exchanges

Not getting the curl results you hoped for? You're not alone - and we’re here to help. Our Curl Support Team can:

  • Suggest personalised routine adjustments, or
  • Recommend and exchange your product for something more suitable.

We want you to love your curls, and we’ll do everything we can to get you there.

Refunds on Used Products (Our Promise to You)

We understand you may need to try a product to know if it’s right for your curls.
That’s why we offer refunds on used haircare products up to £50.

This is a very generous policy in beauty, and it’s designed to give you the confidence to try new products without worry.

Faulty Items, Damages & Spillages

If anything arrives faulty, damaged, or spilled, that’s on us - not you.

We’ll replace or refund the item in full, and we’ll cover all return or replacement shipping costs. Just let us know within the 30-day window and include a photo in your message.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable for standard returns.

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Items Not Eligible for Refund

To keep things fair for all customers:

  • We may refuse returns that show misuse, excessive use, or were purchased in bulk.

Extended Christmas Returns

Buying gifts over the holiday period? No problem.

Orders placed between 15th November and 24th December are covered by our extended Christmas returns period, giving you until 15th January to request a return or exchange.

This gives your recipient plenty of time to try their products - with the same generous support and advice from our team.

We're dedicated to processing your requests as quickly as possible. We aim to reply within 1 working day. Once the refund has been initiated from our side, it can take up to 10 working days to receive the payment depending on the method of payment used.

What should I do if I bought the wrong product?

Our curl care team are always happy to help you find your perfect routine customised to your hair type. Reach out to hello@onlycurls.com within the 30-day timeframe and the team will help with your exchange or refund.

What if I'm not getting the results I anticipated?

As with all hair products, the way you apply the products and the amounts you use can make a huge difference. Email hello@onlycurls.com and our curl care team will quickly help you with your routine and any exchanges needed to ensure you get optimal curly results. Often time and patience are key, especially if you are new to embracing your natural curls after years of heat damage.
